I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were welcoming and clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable night's sleep. However, I did receive two disabled rooms despite booking three rooms a month in advance. The service was pleasant, but not up to the standard of Holiday Inn staff. The location was excellent for my trip, although a bit cramped size-wise.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, but it is far out of central Southampton. The rooms were far too warm and cramped with a travel cot, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
